The information collected from you at the time you place an order will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and authorisation of payment. All sizes are approximate "to fit" sizes and are given as general guidance. Colours and shades may vary slightly to those displayed on our website. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the sizes will fit to their requirements. All products are subject to availability.


For items in stock, please allow 4-7 working days processing time. We will contact you either by calling or via email when it’s ready to be picked up at the clubhouse.


For all other items, order delivery times are approximately 4-6 weeks.


The sales team will contact customers to advise on the estimated delivery times for your order should it exceed this. 


Personalised items cannot be exchanged or returned unless the goods are faulty (the term personalised in this case could either mean initials, numbers or name. An intention to return a product must be expressed to Veseyans Rugby by email to within 7 days of receiving the product and returned within 14 days.

All products must be returned in their original condition, fit for resale. Once the return has been made a full refund will be given (excluding the original delivery charge) within 14 days. In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on underwear or base layer garments.

Right to Cancel

Cancellations cannot be made on personalised items once an order has been placed. Cancellations for non-personalised items should be advised by email to within 3 days of the order being placed.



Subscriptions are an annual cost and cover everything from training, games, use of the gym and membership of the club. If you choose to pay in instalments there is a higher overall price as we have higher administration costs and additional finance fees. If you take advantage of the instalment plan you must use a debit or credit card with sufficient validity to meet the last payment. If you miss a payment for any reason the whole amount becomes due. Products included with your subscription

At the start of each season there will be an item of branded training wear included in your subscription. For seniors there is the option of having up to three initials added to the garment. Once you do this the garment is not returnable so please be careful when ordering your size. All sizes are approximate "to fit" sizes and are given as general guidance. Colours and shades may vary slightly to those displayed on our website.

Delivery times are approximately 14 working days.

The garments for the Tiny V’s, Minis and Juniors do not have the option of adding initials and are available from the clubhouse on a Sunday morning and from our online store.

Right to Cancel
There is no right to cancel a subscription, once ordered it must be paid for in full either at the time of purchase or on the dates specified.




Refunds will be issued in full for refund requests received seven (7) business days before the event date. After that time, no refunds will be issued. After submitting your refund request in writing by email to, please allow up to five (5) business days to process your refund request.

If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honoured for the rescheduled event date or may be refunded in full. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may transfer your purchase to another person.

If the event is cancelled, all purchases will be refunded less an administration fee of £5 per transaction.
